Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
Meet the Adjuster
We meet your insurance adjuster on-site and walk the roof together. Point out every area of damage documented in our report. If the adjuster misses something, we supplement with additional evidence.
Storm Restoration
We handle the work and coordinate final inspection with your carrier if required. After completion, you get before-and-after documentation and your warranty paperwork. The entire process, from storm to finished roof, managed by Onsted Roofing & Maintenance.
